MADE-TO-ORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION

Each of our products is custom made-to-order, meaning you can choose from various shirt colors and font options to create a design that is uniquely yours!

We handprint each shirt, and all other items are crafted and shipped directly to you. Production time takes up to 10 business days (up to 12 during holidays and sale periods), but we always strive to ship as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-6 business days.

  • Priority Shipping (U.S.): 1-3 business days (available at checkout).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.): 7-14 business days with standard shipping (USPS).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on Mondays.

  • If you select 2-Day or Overnight Shipping, your order will be processed on the next business day.

In some cases, if we do not have the entire order pre-printed, we will print the shirt to order. This may cause slight delays, but we will make every effort to notify you if this occurs.

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

  • When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

  • If shipping protection is not purchased, we are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing your order if USPS or our shipping provider confirms delivery.

  • However, if your package is lost in transit by our shipping provider, we will gladly replace your order at no additional cost.
