Refund policy

Returns

At Ball to Basket, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee to ensure customer satisfaction. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. While original packaging is preferred, it is not required.

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us for further assistance.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an automated refund confirmation via email.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as refunds may take a few days to be posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded at their original price.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item or a different one, please email us at support@balltobasket.com for further instructions.

Gift Cards

  • All gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Orders placed using a gift card can be exchanged or converted into store credit.

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the refund will be issued as store credit. If the gift was purchased by someone else and shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Shipping

To return your product:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

  • For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
